5 Things You Need To Know Today: July 3

1.  Open Spirit: A Place of Hope, Health & Harmony will hold a not-your-ordinary-yoga class today at 9:30 a.m. Imagine a low-pressure, high-encouragement class where there’s sometimes a real dog to demonstrate “downward-facing dog.” It’s not actually a laughter-yoga class, but you will laugh a lot in this yoga class! All ages and levels of experience are welcome and encouraged!

2. Both Framingham Libraries will be closing today, July 3 at 5:30 p.m., due to the holiday. The libraries will not re-open until Monday, July 7.
