Girl Scout Night at Kelly's, Halloween Concert at Framingham High and The World Series

1. Tonight is game 1 of the World Series with our beloved Red Sox against the St. Louis Cardinals.

2. Tonight is Framingham Girl Scout night at Kelly's Roast Beef. Click here for a coupon to present between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., and the Framingham Girl Scouts will receive a percentage of sales. Tonight is also kid's night - with free face painting, balloon and ice cream for the kids.

3. Framingham High School band will perform a concert tonight in the high school's auditorium. Eighth grade students form the town's three middle schools will also join the band.

There will be a Halloween them to the concert. Students and audience members are encouraged to wear costumes. Suggested donation at the door $5.Concert begins at 7.

5. In Case You Missed It:  Twenty-plus students were out early Sunday morning planting 1,000 daffodil bulbs along the Boston Marathon Route on Route 135 in Framingham as part of their community service club activities with the Fuller Middle School  Interact Club.  The students, working with their advisers Michelle Gallagher and Betsy Wadland-Cross spent 2 hours planting the bulbs and spreading the mulch that was donated as part of the Boston Strong Fund. Click here for more information.
