Downtown Framingham is Packed with Supportors of Marathon

The day started early for "Team Framingham" as they met the bus at Loring Arena to take them to Hopkinton at 7:30am. Along the route for,as long as the eye could see, Route 135 was packed with fans of all ages cheering on the 36,000 runners as they came through. In front of the the Bank of Boston walk up atm, the red heart made by the students at Keefe Tech was on display for all to see and inspiration to the runners. Supporters reached out and "high fived" runners as they came by and when "Team Hoyte" came by, there was a loud ovation.
Overhead, the 4 military heliocopters that assisted last year in Watertown flew the route.
