Proactive Health & Wellness (www.proactivehealthwellness.com) is a community-oriented, educational-initiative based in Framingham, MA. Our goal is to improve the physical, emotional and mental health of individuals and families. This is accomplished through educational seminars and workshops that cover practical issues like motivation, sleep and rest, healthy eating, and physical activities and exercise.
We plan to launch a series of workshops this Spring on ‘identifying and coping with stress’. We are conducting a short survey seeking feedback about ways you cope with stress. We will be raffling off three Starbucks gift cards worth $10 each to the lucky winners who complete the survey fully.
