UPDATED: Firefighters, Who Rescued Dog From Frozen Water, Soon To Be in Hot Water
Four Wellesley firefighters, including Framingham resident dave Papazian, were honored by Ellen DeGeneres for their heroics in December with a caribbean cruise.

Last month, a dog chased a squirrel onto the frozen Charles River in Massachusetts and fell through the ice.

The dog's frantic owner called 911 for help, and Wellesley Firefighters rescued Crosby, a 5-year old golden retriever.
Tuesday, the firefighters, including Framingham resident Dave Papazian, appeared on the Ellen Degeneres TV show.

Ellen, after interviewing the heroes, presented each of the firefighters with a custom-made life preservers and an all-expenses-paid cruise to the Caribbean.
Unfortunately, the firefighters are prohibited from accepted the cruise, due to Massachusetts law.
