The National Guard Color Guard will be a part of the short ceremony, which will include the pledge of allegiance, a signing of the national anthem and a very brief speaker, said Dilbarian.

There will be a free raffle for kids.

Food will be sold, but every kid will get a free hot dog or hamburger, he added.
