Framingham Not Ranked One of Commonwealth's Safest Communities
The Safewise.com list highlighted the top 50 safe communities in Massachusetts, and while Framingham did not make the list see what neighboring communities did.
Framingham did not make the cut on a recent list of the 50 safest communities in Massachusetts.
The Safewise.com list, released this month, highlighted communities that have low crime rates and child-friendly venues.
Safewise is a home security review resource.
Sudbury earned the top spot on the list.

Safewise.com used national crime statistics in compiling its list including violent crimes per 1,000 residents and property crimes per 1,000 residents.
