Sen. Markey Helps Framingham Youths Throw a Few Pies
Sen. Ed Markey spent some time at the 23rd Annual Pies on the Common and even purchased a Cool Whip pies at the Throw a Pie booth.
The state's junior senator and former Framingham Congressman Ed Markey stopped by the 23rd Annual Pies on the Common Saturday in Framingham.
The Framingham fall tradition, sponsored by First Parish in Framingham Unitarian Universalist Church, draws hundreds for its homemade pies!
Sen. Markey bought Cool Whip pies at the Throw a Pie booth but allowed the church's Junior Youth Group to have the fun of throwing the pies. He didn't toss one. He later posed for a photo with the youth group.
