SLIDESHOW: Framingham Elks 3rd Annual Flag Day Ceremony & BBQ
The National Guard Color Guard raised a flag in front of the Elks Lodge, the crowd recited the pledge of allegiance and Framingham Girl Scout Ella Petroni sang the National Anthem.
The Framingham Elks held its 3rd Annual Flag Day Ceremony & BBQ on Saturday afternoon.
There were patriotic crafts for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
At noon, the National Guard Color Guard raised a flag in front of the Elks Lodge, the crowd recited the pledge of allegiance and Framingham Girl Scout Ella Petroni sang an a cappella version of the National Anthem.
Afterwards, those in attendance were treated to a free hot dog or hamburger, thanks to the Framingham Elks.
