Update on Construction Projects in Framingham Plus NSTAR Work Continues on Winter Street Bridge

The following is the weekly traffic alert issued by the Town of Framingham Department of Public Works:

Road Surface preparation work and construction signage installation will occur on Arbetter Dr., Bacon Rd., Cider Mill Rd., Daniels Rd., Eaton Rd., Mary Agnes Rd., Montgomery Dr., Riner Rd., Sandra Dr., Wayside Ave., Whiting Way, and Woodside Rd.

Edgell Road: Construction crews will continue to perform landscaping along Edgell Road and the surrounding areas. There should be minimal impact to traffic.

Goodnow Lane: Construction crews will begin to install communications conduit on Goodnow Lane. Traffic will be managed through the work zone utilizing a one lane traffic management plan.

North Concord Street: Construction crews will mobilize to replace a section of sewer force main pipe on Concord Street at the intersection of Old Connecticut Path. Traffic will be managed through the work zone utilizing a one lane alternating traffic management plan through the work zone. Expect delays.

Wickford Road Bridge: Construction crews will continue to perform the final phase of the bridge work. The Wickford Road Bridge will remain closed until all of the bridge work is complete.

Winter Street over CSX Bridge: NSTAR will continue utility relocation in the vicinity of the bridge. Traffic will be managed through the work zone utilizing a one lane traffic management plan.
