Video: Acupuncture Helps Local Veterans Fight PTSD

By inserting needles into the ears of local veterans, volunteer acupuncturists help their patients fight stress from their service.

When prescription pills and traditional stress-fighting techniques are no longer doing the trick, some veterans turn to acupuncture for relief.

Christine Lee and her team of acupuncturists provide free care to area veterans every Saturday at a clinic in St. Andrew's Church that redirects negative energy using thin needles inserted into patients' ears.

Volunteers at Veterans Acupuncture Care MetroWest have private clinics in Natick, Framingham, Belmont, Southborough and Westborough. Patients flock to the clinic from across the MetroWest area.
