Framingham Middle School Student Wins State Acting Award

A student at Walsh Middle School was awarded best actress by the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild at the MET Awards.

Walsh Middle School student Jordana Kagan won Best Lead Actress at the MET Awards sponsored by the Massachusetts Educational Theatre Guild.

She won for her performance of Princess Winnifred in Walsh Dramatic Paws production of Once Upon a Mattress.

Kagan is an eighth grade student at Walsh.

The awards were announced on June 11 in Boston. Walsh Middle School was nominated for 9 awards.
