Indian Food & Music at Amazing Things Friday Night

15th Annual Fountain Street Open Studios starts Friday. Artists will also open their studios on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It’s Thursday, and you’ve got no idea what you or your kids will do for the weekend. Patch is coming to the rescue. We’ve got the best bets for your "done-work-outta-here" time and a few picks for the kids as well.

WHERE/WHEN:   59 Fountain Street, Friday, April 8 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

WHY GO: "More than 50 working artists open their doors to the public in the largest artists' collective housed in a single building in the MetroWest area of Boston." While you are there, be sure to stop into to take part and view the collaborative installation ; 10x10, where each piece is just $150 each.

WHY GO:.Indian music by Natraj and Indian food by Green Chili Restaurant

PRICING:  Show is $18 (seniors and students $17, members $15. Dinner is an additional $8.

WHERE/WHEN: , Sunday, April 10 at 3 p.m.

WHY GO: Bring your young aspiring musicians to hear these Framingham teens rip it up! These guys play alternative rock influenced by The Kooks, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, State Radio among others.

PRICING: $7, $6 for members

WHERE/WHEN: , Saturday at 3 p.m.

WHY GO: THE BIG DOOZIE LIVE & in CONCERT will present special guests from the TV show performing their favorite musical numbers onstage right here at Amazing Things! Come on by and join the BIG DOOZIE Li'l Kids Show.. LIVE!

Pricing:  $10, $8 for members of Amazing Things

WHERE/WHEN: Sunday, April 10 at 3 p.m.

WHY GO:  Gabriela Diaz will perform a sonata repertoire with piano accompaniment. Diaz performs with a variety of musical groups in the Boston area. She recently performed at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
