As of 3:15 p.m. Monday (Oct. 7) 1,320 NSTAR customers are without power. The number reflects about 4 percent of the town's customers.

Power outages have been reported all over town today, from Nobscot to Saxonville to near Route 30.

J&M Diner was without power all morning.

"The outage was due to weather related equipment damage," NSTAR spokesman Michael Durand told Patch. "It originally affected about 2,000 customers and is now affecting about 160. Working to restore power to the remaining customers as soon as possible."

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for Framingham and MetroWest until 8 p.m. A severe thunderstorm could also roll though the area.
