If you're among the 40 percent of people who hasn't finished Christmas shopping yet, look no further. Here are some ideas for last-minute gifts and stocking stuffers you can find right here in Framingham.
1. The band is selling hand-painted and decorated Christmas ornaments to help raise money for the band. The ornaments were painted and decorated by band parents and kids (see a few examples in the pictures attached to this article.) "They make great gifts for yankee swaps, presents and just to hang on your tree," said Melissa Ramsay, whom you should contact at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested. The ornaments are being sold 5 for $20, and will be available until 3 p.m. Christmas Eve. Ramsay will even deliver ornaments to houses.
2. You may not have time to get a family portrait custom framed for mom before Christmas, but swing by on Central Street and you'll find other gift options. The shop sells jewelry, pottery, a line of hand cream from a local bee farm, and other gifts, an associate noted by phone today. The store is open until 5 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. tomorrow, Christmas Eve.
3. Looking for a gift for an aspiring musician? Swing by , which sells gift certificates for music lessons, among other things. The store has also been selling stocking stuffers this week: a kazoo or harmonica would be a nifty addition to a stocking. The store is open until 6:30 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow.
