Marvin Silver, Esq., a trusts and estates attorney at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, in Westborough, will give you a brief overview of how to prepare for the future and be glad you did. Mr. Silver is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), is recognized in Best Lawyers in America and in New England Super Lawyer.  Topics include:

  • Wills
  • Trusts (revocable and irrevocable)
  • Durable Powers of Attorney

  • Planning for Business Succession

Mr. Silver concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business, tax and elder law. He assists clients by creating estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, health care proxies, and durable powers of attorney, in order to distribute their property and appoint fiduciaries to oversee estate and trust administration.
