Last Call for Pepperoncini's

After 10 years in Framingham, Pepperoncini's will close on Friday.

After a decade in downtown Framingham, Pepperoncini's will close on Friday the 13th.

The popular pizzeria and bar will soon be the site of a new 13,000 square foot CVS. Elie Youssef plans to build the store in place of Pepperoncini’s, a single-family home and a couple of existing buildings on lots between his business Concord Street Automotive and Lindbergh Road. He announced the plan in the fall of 2013.

The Framingham Planning Board unanimously approved the project, with a drive-thru, in March 2014, despite objections from some in the neighborhood about traffic.

The CVS, which will be the second one located on Concord Street in downtown Framingham, is scheduled to open in summer 2015.

Pepperoncini’s owner Vince Loscerbo will close his pizzeria and grill on Friday, June 13

Wednesday night was the final karaoke at the popular pizzeria.

Chillset will rock out Pepperoncini's on its final night, June 13.

The owners, to thank loyal customers is "going retro with some prices."

Until closing there are "$5.99 large cheese pizzas (dine-in only). All domestic draft & bottles $3/pitchers $9, All premium draft & bottles $4/pitchers $12, All well drinks $5, All premium drinks $6."

The owner has said he was willing to look for another location in Framingham to re-open, but no announcement has been made as of today. Until then, there is a location in Milford at 201 East Main St.
