Market Basket’s board of directors fired CEO Arthur T. Demoulas on Monday morning, according to the Lowell Sun.
The grocery store chain, which does business under Demoulas Supermarkets Inc., also fired Operations Director Bill Marsden and Joseph Rockwell, a vice president with the company, according to the report.

Market Basket has 71 locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. It’s headquartered in Tewksbury. Framingham residents frequent the location on Route 126 in Ashland.
