Massachusetts Gas Prices On The Rise; 11 Cents Higher Than Nation

AAA's Dec. 2 survey has regular unleaded averaging $3.38 per gallon, eight cents higher than a month ago.

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are up three cents from last week, according to 
AAA Southern New England, which has an office in Framingham on Route 9 west.

AAA’s Dec. 2 survey has regular unleaded averaging $3.38 per gallon, up three cents from last week. Prices locally are eight cents higher than a month ago.

The current price is 11 cents higher than the national average for self serve unleaded of $3.27.

A year ago at this time, the Massachusetts average price was 16 cents higher at $3.54.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 31 cents, 
from a low of $3.28 to a high of $3.59.
