Cathi DeCiero Joins Hammond Residential Weston Office

Weston, MA – February 7, 2014 – Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Weston and Wellesley offices, recently announced that agent                 Cathi DeCiero has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, DeCiero will assist clients from Hammond’s Weston office located at 506 Boston Post Road.

DeCiero possesses expertise in both the marketing and sales of new construction properties, as well as resales. She is known for her honesty, compassion, friendly attitude, and knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry. DeCiero views her real estate career as a responsibility to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients. She prides herself in making sure they have the information pertinent to a transaction, and that they understand the required disclosures and contracts prior to moving forward in the process of buying or selling. DeCiero is skilled at pointing out both the positive and negative implications of a potential decision in an effort to ensure that her clients are well-informed.

DeCiero’s first listing as a Hammond agent is a newly renovated Colonial residence that has been developed by David M. Kane at 42 Summer Street in Weston. A longtime MetroWest resident, DeCiero was born and raised in Marlborough, where she currently resides.  Prior to her real estate career, DeCiero worked for fifteen years as a Corporate Travel Consultant in Boston, Brighton, Wellesley and Weston. She is a Marlborough High School graduate and later went on to attend classes at Fisher College. A mother of one, in her spare time DeCiero enjoys attending her grandsons’ hockey games, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
