Southborough’s close proximity to major roadways, including routes 9 and 495 and the Mass Turnpike, along with the commuter rail to Worcester and Boston, affords buyers the ideal combination of prime rural sites and commuting ease. Southborough has excellent public and private schools and a distinctive inventory of homes. “As a Southborough resident for 22 years, I am passionate about our town and have enjoyed the quality of life here while raising my family,” said Realtor Ginny Martins, of Hammond Residential.

The properties for sale are in a variety of architectural styles, including smaller antique homes that have been updated and renovated, lovely 4-5-bedroom capes and colonials, and gorgeous new construction.  Homebuyers will even have the opportunity to meet with the builder of two homes under construction on Foxhill Drive.  “We are delighted that so many realtors and homeowners have agreed to this open house event, allowing buyers to visit so many properties in a single day,” said Andrew Abu, of Andrew Abu Realtors.

The properties participating and time of each open house are listed below.  For further information, contact Ginny Martins at (508) 579-1095.
