Javier Perez Named General Manager of SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports

NATICK, MA (February 24, 2014)SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, a Distinctive Hospitality Group property, has appointed hospitality expert Javier Perez as the restaurant’s new General Manager. Perez, a seasoned industry leader, brings over 15 years of professional experience to SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, where he will oversee both front and back of the house operations. With a well-rounded background in tow, Perez is thrilled to take on this new role in which he will have the opportunity to work alongside talented Executive Chef Noah Gagnon and his hardworking culinary team.

Perez, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and a native of Quincy, MA, began his restaurant and hospitality career in 1999 with the Barrett Restaurant Group in Abington, MA, where he oversaw operations at both Abington Alehouse and the nearby Amelia’s Restaurant.  Throughout his career, Perez has worked in a variety of corporate and private settings, which included a lengthy stint with the Boston-based Legendary Restaurant Group, who owns and operates the popular Boston restaurants, Max & Dylan’s and Sip Wine Bar.

At SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, his unique skillset will position him to be a dynamic and results driven operator whose responsibilities will include ensuring that every customer continues to have a pleasing and memorable dining experience.

On his days off, Perez enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes and occasionally hitting the slopes with his snowboard.
