Cardiac patients who have graduated from Phase II cardiac rehabilitation program will also be eligible to join.  The clinical staff from the Medical Center’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, which will include an exercise physiologist, will operate and oversee the program.  Staff from the YMCA will provide additional support to the members.  This exciting YMCA Wellness program begins on July 12th and scheduled classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Fridays.
