Parsons Commercial Group Completes Sale of Newbury Street Property Purchased by Christa McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School

Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. (PCG) announced today the completion of the sale of 135-139 Newbury Street in Framingham, Massachusetts for $4,950,000.

Victor Galvani, Vice President and Jake Parsons, Vice President of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. represented the seller, Calare Properties. The buyer, Christa McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School, purchased the 4 acre site and will be relocating from their current facility as noted in a statement released by the school.

135-139 Newbury Street consists of 3 buildings totaling over 45,000 square feet in a campus style setting. “The property presented a great opportunity due to its location just off Route 30, outdoor space and expansive parking area,” noted Galvani.
