Jumpstart… Your way to athletic
We are now offering a 60 min fitness group for youth, ages 13-18, to assist in taking athletic performance to the next level, while focusing on injury prevention. It’s critical to dedicate time to strength and conditioning now, for optimal performance and reduced injury risk during the upcoming fall season.
All sessions are led by Physical Therapists and are designed to maximize your safety with the goal of increasing:
