5 Summer Camp Options

This week's Patch Picks takes a look at summer camp options.

Welcome to Patch Picks. This list highlights the editor's picks of great local businesses, destinations, services, organizations, ways to spend a day off,  and more.

Today's Patch Picks focuses on Summer Camp options:

  •  Girl Scout Camp. While there is not a Girl Scout camp in town there is one next door called Camp Winnetaska in Ashland. Girls Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts runs the summer camp. Busing is available for Framingham residents. You don't have to be a Girl Scout to attend camp.
  •  Pilgrim Day Camp. This  camp for kids ages 3-13 has been run in town for more than 50 years, by the Massachusetts Conference, United Church of Christ. Offering swim and other programs, there is an open house on March 19 from 1-3 p.m.
  • MetroWest YMCA summer camps.
  • . Besides week-long camps, the PAC is also doing a three-week long production of Sesussical from Aug 1-20.
  • Boy Scout camps.
