You will see flags at half-staff today, as President Barack Obama has requested that the United States flag at all public buildings and grounds and at all military posts and naval stations be flown at half-staff in memory of former U.S. Sen. Arlen J. Specter of Pennsylvannia, who died Oct. 14 2012.
