A who's who of state-wide, Middlesex County and local candidates running on the democratic ticket, including gubernatorial candidates Martha Coakley and Steve Grossman, attended the Framingham Democratic Town Committee's caucus on Sunday afternoon at Nevins Hall inside the Memorial Building.

Framingham elected a full slate of delegates, 17 women, 17 men, 5 alternates, and the Framingham Democratic Chair Tom Mahoney was named the 35th delegate.

There are some first-time delegates going to the convention, along with some who have been involved in Framingham politics for years.

Some of the delegates are still uncommitted on a candidate for Governor and others are strong supporters of one of the five Democratic candidates for Governor.

The convention will be held on June 13-14 in Worcester.

Elected delegates were Elsa Aviza, Jeanne Bullock, Carnen Chico, Linda Fields, Sandy Greenwald, Beverly Hugo, Barbara LeDuc, Nanette Magnani, Kathie McCarthy, Stephanie Mercandetti, Sarah Micciche, Katie Murphy, Loren Puffer, Joan Rastani, Pam Richardson Cindy Rubin and Liz Warshaw.

Also elected delegates were Irwin Blumer, Michael Bower Jack Duffy, Michael Gatlin, Dennis Giombetti, Steve Grossman, Michael Hugo, Steve Joyce, Lloyd Kaye, Chris Lorant, David Magnani, Tom Mahoney, Phil Ottaviani, Adam Sisitsky, Charlie Sisitsky, John Stefanini and Mel Warshaw

Before the election, many of the state-wide and Middlesex County Democratic candidates worked the hall and some had a chance to give a quick speech to the Democrats gathered.
