SLIDESHOW: Gubernatorial Candidate Coakley In Framingham to Meet with Voters

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley, a gubernatorial candidate for Massachusetts, was in Framingham over the weekend to meet with voters.

With Governor Deval Patrick announcing he will not seek a third term, Coakley is one of five Democrats and two Republican candidates who have said they want to be Governor.

Coakley was elected the Commonwealth's first female attorney general in 2006. Prior to her election, she was Middlesex District Attorney since 1999.

Saturday afternoon's event was held at Panache Coffee on Route 9 and was hosted by Framingham State Rep. Tom Sannicandro. About 40-50 people attended the event.

There will be a Democratic primary election in the fall, with a final election scheduled for November 4, 2014.
