Framingham Cool-Heat Campaign Launch Party

This June, the Town of Framingham partnered with Next Step Living to create the Framingham Better Buildings Program. To kick off this new partnership, the program is launching the Cool-Heat Campaign, a three-month initiative to connect homeowners who use oil and electric heat with a high-efficiency heating and cooling solution called Total Climate Control (TCC).
