FREE - SURPRISE SAMPLER Feat. Abs & Bootylicious at Diosa
This intensive will focus on the two areas women most want to work on--the core and backside--by combining standing and floor exercises that will isolate your abs, core, glutes, and more. Pulling from yoga strength poses, pilates, and calisthenics, we will sculpt, strengthen and tone your body right where you most want it sculpted.
