FRIENDS OF CALLAHAN GENERAL MEETING ENTERTAINMENT

Robert DiCicco will be the featured entertainment at the next Friends of Callahan General Meeting on January 13, 2014 at 1:30P.M.

Bob DiCicco's acting career began at a very early age.  It started in grade school, and since that time he continued to perform in various stage plays and musical comedies.  Among his many credits include Mame, Lovers and Other Strangers, Man of LaMancha, All my Sons, Company Etc.  He also appeared in numerous Independent and feature films with the recent "Canned" having been picked up for distribution by Vanguard Films.  In 1993 he decided to take a long sabbatical from the theater.  Ten years to be exact.  Bob moved back to Boston to find employment, and it was only when he answered a newspaper ad in the fall of 2003 to attend an open call for the movie Mystic River, that he realized how much he had missed acting.  DiCicco decided then and there to pursue his dream once again.  He continues to work in Independent and feature films as much as possible, doing voiceovers and singing gigs as they come along.  In this business, you never know what opportunity will come up next.
B0b's passion for singing the jazz-standards developed through performing in many stage musicals, and cabaret/dinner theatre venues.  His goal was to create a classy and elegant musical act saluting the music from The Great American Songbook.
He brings his many talents to the Callahan Center on January 13, 2014 at 1:30P.M. for the Friends of Callahan General Meeting.  The event is FREE for Friends members.  Come and bring your friends.
