Greening the Holidays @Winter Art & Craft Fair & Winter Wonderland Holiday Bazaar
Transition Framingham will join library volunteers and local artisans at the Framingham Public Library, 49 Lexington Street, for the library's 5th Annual Winter Art & Craft Fair, as part of our 2nd annual 'Greening the Holidays' event. The art of making beautiful, personalized, up-cycled bracelets will be taught from 10am-1pm in the YA area. Join us there and at the Holiday Bazaar, 42 Union Ave, as part of the Framingham Downtown Renaissance
Winter Wonderland Holiday Bazaar where you may also watch a demonstration of how to make "global warming"snowmen cookies, which will be for
sale at the Winter Art & Craft Fair treats table. More fun yet, the Regifting
Swap Table, 11am-7pm, — bring an unwanted gift, or something you no longer need — but is still in good condition. (No large electronics or non-working electronics!) Drop it off, and find something on the table that would make a great gift for someone else. With overstuffed landfills and the increased difficulty of finding quality affordable products, re-gifting is surging into popularity.
