Students with a basic understanding of simple yoga postures, yogic breathing, and how to listen to their bodies throughout class are welcome. We learn more challenging poses, hold longer, and begin to witness the activity of the mind during challenge and long holding. All classes start with a centering and end with a 10 minute deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Students may drop-in to try the class for $19. The class runs in 7 week session at a discounted rate. You may register for the remainder of classes in the series at any time.
