Qi Gong

Join us to begin the day as the wise of ancient China have for centuries, stretching, breathing, increasing Qi (chi) (energy), unblocking and balancing Qi.  The optimum time to practice, in ancient Chinese Medicine philosophy, is early in the morning, that one might have the healing benefit all through the day. Come at 7:45 am, or come at 9 am for “round two”, or come any time in between!
