SLIDESHOW: Santa and Mrs. Claus Visits Framingham

The Town of Framingham held its 22nd Annual Holiday Tree Lighting inside Nevins Hall Friday night.

The Town of Framingham held its 22nd Annual Holiday event inside Nevins Hall Friday night. Santa arrived shortly after 6:30 p.m. with Mrs. Claus.
Families could pay $1 to have their photo taken with the couple. There was also hot cocoa, cookies, face painting and entertainment.

During the event, the Framingham Public Schools music and choral departments performed, as well as the Framingham Girl Scouts and a return of the 5th grade elementary band. Click here to watch video of the performances.

The event was sponsored by Town of Framingham, Framingham Police Association, Framingham Auxiliary Police, Framingham High School Music Department, Framingham Elementary School Music Program, Keefe Technical High School, Christa McAuliffe Regional Charter Public School, Framingham Girl Scouts, MetroWest Medical Center and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Special thanks goes to Dennis Cardiff of PC Realty Trust, who donated the beautiful Christmas tree, outside of the Memorial Building, to the Town of Framingham.
