What You Need to Know About This Year's Thanksgiving Day Football Game

Thanksgiving tradition continues with Natick hosting Framingham at 10 a.m. Thursday.

The Natick Red Hawks, ranked 10th in the state, host Framingham Flyers for the annual Thanksgiving matchup. 

Natick is lead by quarterback Troy Flutie, owns the state's touchdown record with 105 touchdown passes. he passed former Everett High quarterback Jonathan DiBiaso, who set the state's record in 2011 with 103 touchdown passes, in a win over Needham earlier this month.

Framingham is struggling this season, under head coach Gary Doherty, having defeated Brookline twice for its only wins.

Here is what you need to know about the Thanksgiving tradition: 

KICK-OFF: 10 a.m. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 28 at Natick High School.

TEAM RECORDS: The Red Hawks are 9-1; the Flyers are 2-8.

SERIES FACT: Natick lead the series, which is more than 100 years old. 

IN 2012: Natick defeated the Flyers 26-14 at Bowditch Field in Framingham.
