To the American People,

I don't know if you have heard about the horrendous injustice that has been done to the Pelletier family of West Hartford, CT, as the state of Massachusetts and Boston Children's Hospital kidnapped their 15 y.o. daughter and have been holding her against her parents' will for the past 14 months due to a dispute over a medical diagnosis. This family is in desperate need for the nation to rally behind them to stop this injustice. I beg you to join us and come to the "front lines" to fight for this family before their 15 y.o. innocent daughter dies! PLEASE....STAND UP AND BE A VOICE FOR THIS FAMILY. THERE NEEDS TO BE A NATIONAL OUTCRY TO STOP THIS DISGUSTING ABUSE OF POWER.

I beg each and every one of you to be a voice for Justina Pelletier and demand justice for her NOW. When the Boston Marathon Bomber has more rights than an innocent, severely ill 15 y.o. girl, something is very wrong with our country. It is time to take our country back. Clearly, Governor Deval Patrick and Governor Dannel Malloy believe in politics and financial gain for their states rather than the sanctity of human life. Republican MA Legislators that have tried to demand Justina's return have been met by resistance from their Democrat counterparts. This should not be a partisan issue....this is a human rights issue!

Sadly, very few media outlets have covered this case, despite great effort in contacting the mainstream media. Those in power who have seen some media accounts are under the impression that all is well and the case is being worked out. I have been part of the #FreeJustina movement long enough to assure you that the case is not that simple and all is not well. This modern day "Goliath" refuses to admit that they are wrong or be held accountable for the horrendous injustice that they have inflicted on this family. Despite the allegations that Justina's parents were "medically abusing" her for seeking treatment for her medical diagnosis of MITOCHONDRIAL DISEASE, which her older sister also has (and it is genetic), DCF was court ordered to return Justina to her mitochondrial specialist at Tufts in early March. However, they did not abide by that order until just a couple of weeks ago as more media attention highlighted Justina's declining health. DCF finally brought her to Dr Korson, her mitochondrial specialist, located at Tufts Medical Center. He was gravely concerned at her poor health and set a treatment plan of returning her to the medications that are necessary for her mitochondrial disease and set a weekly appointment with her. DCF refused any administering of medication and will only bring her to see him every 6 wks. Who is guilty of medical abuse? The fact that they were court ordered to return her to Tufts supports the notion that she, in fact. has the medical condition that she was originally being treated for....the illness that her parents asserted that she had. The very illness that BCH claimed was not real and then went on to remove her from her parents' custody when they refused to allow the doctors to stop her mitochondrial treatment. It was more a case of arrogant doctors with the attitude of 'How dare her parents know better than they did or dare to question their authority'. Basically...their "god complexes" were in overdrive. There is no doubt that Justina has mitochondrial disease. The pictures of her before and after DCF got involved say it all. If the allegation of Justina's parents making her ill was true, why then, has Justina deteriorated to the brink of death while under DCF care? Prior to her admission to BCH, Justina was an active teenager, competing in ice skating competitions. 14 months under DCF custody, she is now paralyzed below the waist, confined to a wheelchair, and rapidly declining.

I've had lawmakers that I've reached out to tell me that "Her attorneys are hopeful that the court will return her to her family." Hope and reality are two very different things. Gov. Patrick has every authority to end this madness now. He has had NUMEROUS requests from the family, attorneys, state legislators, and the American public to return her to her loving parents, and he has refused to do a thing....because he is part of the corruption. His wife has ties to BCH and he supports the out of control bureaucracy that DCF has become. It is a deep seeded intertwined web of evil with no impartial authority monitoring them. That is why they are allowed to continue with this abuse of power.

As for the negligent doctors at BCH. Justina was supposed to be a direct admission to her GI specialist. Instead, 2 arrogant doctors that are part of the corruption ring, intercepted her in the ER. One, a neurologist who was just 7 mos. out of residency, and Dr. Simona Bujoreanu, a psychologist. The last I knew, neurology and psychology were completely different specialties than gastroenterology. It just so happens that Dr. Bujoreanu has written several research articles on Somatoform Disorder (better known as "It's all in your head") and has a federally funded grant that she is using to do research on Somatoform Disorder. She asserts that 50% of all pediatric cases are somatic in nature. In order to conduct research, she needs subjects to do that research on. Per the BCH policy handbook, wards of the state can be used for medical experimentation. This case of state sponsored kidnapping is crystal clear. Justina Pelletier fit the "profile" that they needed to kidnap her for their research and money making corruption ring that they are part of with pharmaceutical companies. It is clearly an ongoing corruption ring that BCH/DCF and the juvenile courts are part of and have been part of for a long time. The only difference is that for every case in the past, families that have been victimized by BCH/DCF were threatened and in exchange for finally getting their kids back they were given a gag order. That is why none of those families have come forward. Lou Pelletier has been courageous enough to break the (unconstitutional) gag order that was placed on him and to fight against this corruption so that this disgusting abuse of power stops and no child has to endure the hell that Justina has.

While I realize lawmakers in Washington D.C. don't have direct oversight over a case in a particular state, I also know that plenty of lawmakers have spoken out against many issues that have no direct impact on their individual state. When the powerful voices in Washington D.C. speak, people listen. Wouldn't it be nice if the life of an innocent, severely ill 15 y.o. girl mattered as much as the other things that they speak out against. This case is getting National attention. They could easily speak out about it, just as they did when the Boston Marathon Bombing occurred. They all condemned the actions of the terrorists. Why will they not condemn the actions of the state of MA? The case may be based in Massachusetts, but the human and civil rights that have been violated span the nation. In the 14 mos. that DCF has held Justina hostage, she has not been allowed to practice her faith or see a priest....she has an IEP from the state of CT that has not been implemented and she has not been afforded an education ....she is only allowed to see her parents for 1 hour/week under armed guard supervision.....she is not allowed to give a statement for the court to consider.....she has been silenced! These issues are not Massachusetts specific. Lawmakers can speak out against those violations! They can speak out against her human suffering at the hands of a state agency who clearly plans to hold onto her, even if it means that she dies, just so that the dirty secrets of what they have done to her will never get out. They are doing everything in their power to avoid the onslaught of lawsuits that would follow her release. Those of you with the power to do something about this atrocity, our elected Lawmakers.......you are far smarter than I am. You know far better than I do that this is exactly what is going on.

The sad reality is that this trend of state sponsored kidnappings with the help of hospitals is happening nationwide. Within the last few weeks there was another case at Phoenix Children's Hospital where 2 chronically ill sisters were kidnapped by the state and their life-sustaining feeding tubes were removed by more arrogant doctors who think they know better than their mother. As a mother of 2 young children, that terrifies me. For parents who just want their children to get better and they seek the help of medical professionals that are supposed to be trusted, no one knows if they might fall victim to this horrendous injustice. ANYONE THAT IS A PARENT should be terrified. WAKE UP!!! If we do not join the fight with the Pelletier family and take back our parental rights, we may be the next victim of this horrendous nightmare. I want each and every one of you to imagine if Justina was YOUR DAUGHTER (or son)?

When will people in the place of power speak out? Isn't that why we elect our Lawmakers? It is time to put politics aside and do the right thing. Looking the other way and refusing to speak out equates to condoning what is happening. Our country is far from the United States of America that I once knew. Please get involved with the #FreeJustina movement. Learn about the case, educate yourself, make phone calls, be a voice for Justina and her family, and above all...pray. There is some deep seeded evil at work. Only the hand of God can dispel the darkness and bring justice and healing to Justina and her family.

I encourage you to watch some of the more recent interviews re: this case. I suggest watching the interviews with Gov. Mike Huckabee on FOX NEWS or listening to the interviews with Glenn Beck at the Blaze or Michael Graham. Beau Berman of CT Fox has also done amazing coverage of this case, which just won him a prestigious award. Please learn all you can about this case. I would hope that once you learn about the case that it convicts you enough to speak out. Everyone needs a hero....won't you all step up and be Justina's hero?
