Kevin "Gush" Bradley Has Lost His Battle With Cancer

Kevin Bradley, known as "Gush" to many, died Sunday morning, Jan. 12, after a long battle with brain cancer.

Kevin Bradley, known as "Gush" to many, died Sunday morning, Jan. 12, after a long battle with brain cancer.

"The family wants to share that Kevin passed away peacefully this morning at 6:30. He has been surrounded by family and loved ones. We thank everyone for their support throughout these difficult times," was posted on his Facebook page.

Bradley, who lived in Framingham, was diagnosed with stage 4 gllioblastoma in 2006

He had surgery and then discovered a clinical trial for glioblastoma at Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women's Cancer Center, using a drug known as AMG-102. The trial extended the usual 18-month survival rate for brain cancer to years.

Bradley, worked a as bartender at Nobscot's Cafe, and was well-known in Framingham.
