UPDATED: 2 Arrested After Framingham Police Raid Concord Street Apartment

Framingham Police raided an apartment on Concord Street Wednesday afternoon, and seized heroin and arrested two men.

Framingham Police raided an apartment on Concord Street Wednesday afternoon, and seized heroin and arrested two men.

Members of the Framingham Police narcotics unit and patrol division conducted a search warrant of a private residence located at 329 Concord St. Apt #1, said Framingham Police Lt. Stephen Cronin.

Neighborhood residents and witnesses said police had guns drawn when approaching the home.

At the Concord Street apartment, "an undisclosed amount of what is believed to be heroin was seized and two individuals connected with the investigation were arrested and transported to Framingham Police for booking," said Lt. Cronin.
 
Arrested were:

  • Louis Rosario, 35, of 329 Concord St., Apt #1 of Framingham
  • Ferdinand Rosario, 59, of 329 Concord St., Apt #1 of Framingham

Both were charged with possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate the state's drug laws.
