CRIME LOG: Two Arrested on Drug Charges at Tedeschi’s

The following information was supplied by the Framingham Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Arrests

  • Timothy Bennett, 31, of Framingham, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with larceny-shoplifting and warrants. He was arrested at the Walmart on Worcester Road.
  • Cesar Acosta, 23, of Milford, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. for motor vehicle-no license. He was arrested on Waverley Street.
  • Daryl Cooper, 51, of Framingham, was arrested on a warrant. He was picked up at 6:40 p.m. on Western Avenue.
  • Melissa LeBlanc, 38, of Natick, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, wanton destruction of public property (more than $250), and leaving the scene of property damage. The arrest took place at the MGM Auto on Waverley Street.
  • Richard Figueroa, 21, of Marlborough, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. and charged with Class D drug-possession to distribute. He was arrested at the Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street.
  • Nicholas Glynn, 21, of Northborough, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. and charged with Class D drug-possession to distribute. He was arrested at the Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street.

  • 1:34 a.m. Officers were called to the area around Claflin and Hayes streets for a suspicious person. Everything checked out OK.
  • 1:44 a.m. A missing person was located in the area of Claflin and Hayes streets.
  • 3:12 a.m. Officers were called to a noise complaint on 154 Maynard Road but deemed the call unfounded.
  • 4:47 a.m. Vehicles were towed, due to trespassing, on Pearl Harbor Road and Arsenal Road.
  • 5:53 a.m. Officers were called to an alarm activation at the Margarita’s on Cochituate Road.
  • 6:16 a.m. An officer investigated an incident with a motor vehicle on Brook Street.
  • 7:28 a.m. Officers were called to a two-car accident without personal injuries at 1400 Worcester Road.
  • 8:02 a.m. A downed wire was reported at 161 Temple St.
  • 8:37 a.m. An alarm sounded at Digital Federal Credit Union.
  • 9:58 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Cochituate Road.
  • 11:14 a.m. A hit-and-run accident was reported at Framingham High School.
  • 11:29 a.m. Suspicious activity was reported on 46 Lanewood Avenue.
  • 11:37 a.m. Officers were called to Target on Cochituate Road for a report of a shoplifter.
  • 12:07 p.m. An officer was sent to Carlson Road to check on the wellbeing of a person but the officer was unable to locate anyone.  
  • 2:08 p.m. A motor vehicle break-in was reported at an apartment on 1622 Worcester Road.
  • 3:10 p.m. Officers were called to a two-car accident at Concord and Mechanic streets.
  • 4:09 p.m. A missing juvenile was reported on Cherry Oca Lane and the person was later found.
  • 4:59 p.m. A shoplifting incident was reported at CVS on 1280 Worcester Road.
  • 5:16 p.m. A shoplifter was reported at Walmart on Worcester Road.
  • 6:28 p.m. An officer was called to a hit-and-run accident at the AMC Theatres on Flutie Pass.
  • 6:52 pm. Officers were called to a family problem at an apartment at 100 Taralli Terrace.
  • 7:43 p.m. Officers were called to an alarm activation at the Metrowest Physician’s Group on Cochituate Road.
  • 8:02 p.m. A suspicious activity call was reported from 110 Maple Street.
  • 8:59 p.m. An officer was sent to a hit-and-run accident at 655 Concord Street.
  • 9:23 p.m. Officers were called to a motor vehicle investigation on at MGM Auto on Waverley Street.
  • 10:21 p.m. Officers were sent to the Subway on Edgell Road for an alarm activation.
  • 10:35 p.m. Officers were sent to a motor vehicle investigation at the Tedeschi’s on Waverley Street.
  • 10:49 p.m. A mission juvenile was reported on Frederick Abbott Way.
  • 11:13 p.m. An officer was sent to investigate a larceny report at the Babies R’ Us on Worcester Road.
  • 11:15 p.m. A noise complaint was called in about an apartment at 50 Queens Way but the call was later cancelled.
  • 11:37 p.m. A mission person was located at an apartment on 75 Irving Street.
