Framingham Man, 21, Arrested After Passenger Said He Was Masturbating on MBTA Train

After conducting an investigation, MBTA Detectives arrested the Framingham man at the Riverside MBTA Station in Newton Wednesday.

MBTA Transit Police arrested Alexander Frank, 21, of Framingham at the Riverside MBTA Station in Newton, after an investigation.

Frank was charged with for lewd & lascivious conduct. 

On April 8, around 9:45 am a female reported while travelling on an inbound Green Line D train a man, who was seated next to her, began to masturbate while staring at her, according to MBTA Transit Police.

The woman disembarked at the Longwood MBTA train stop and the offending man remained on board, the woman told MBTA Police. 

After an investigation, MBTA Transit Police detectives arrested Frank yesterday, April 16 at the Riverside station.

He was transported to Transit Police HQ for booking and was scheduled to be arraigned today, April 17 in Newton District Court.
