Framingham Man Indicted on 4 Counts of Forcible Rape of a Child

The 59-year old Framingham man was charged with four counts of rape of a child by force and three counts indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.

The Middlesex District Attorney's office announced  a grand jury had indicted Carlos Muniz Rosario, 59, of Framingham.

He was charged with four counts of rape of a child by force and three counts indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. 

Rosario has not been arrested but he was indicted.

The District Attorney's office did not release any additional information on the indictment, except that he would be arraigned in Superior Court on May 2.

The Assistant District Attorney for the case is Tejal Mehta.
