Police Log: Assaults With Dangerous Weapons; Drug Trafficking Near Park/Playground

Friday, July 20

1:53 a.m.: Police were unable to locate the source of a report of a suspicious person at on Worcester Road.

1:27 p.m.: A sudden death was reported on Arsenal Road.

2:00 p.m.: Police responded to a report of shoplifting at on Worcester Road. Sherile Carter, 25, of 175 Rockway Blvd. in Jamaica New York, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.

2:13 p.m.: Police responded to the scene of an investigation on Hollis Street and Waushakum Street. Christian Vega, 33, of 2 Dunmore St., in Boston, was arrested and charged with drug trafficking of cocaine and possession of drugs within 100 feet of a park or playground.

2:20 p.m.: Damon Johnson, 26, of 1000 Worcester Rd., was arrested on Weybosset Ave and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.  Justin A Averett, 25, of 524 Grafton St. in Worcester, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and on an outside warrant in Southborough and Westborough for operating a vehicle under the influence, speeding and driving with an open container.

3:51 p.m.: Kristina Lee Borroughs, 25, of 342 Lincoln St., in Marlborough, was arrested at the on a warrant for larceny, breaking and entering and breaking and entering into a vehicle.

6:38 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance that was unfounded at Pondview Apartments on Cochituate Road.

8:49 p.m.: A missing juvenile was found and located on Beaver Street and Waverly Street.

Saturday, July 21

12:05 a.m.: Rayone L Landin, 24, of 10 Greenview St., was arrested on Greenview Street and charged with domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.

6:24 a.m.: A hit and run motor vehicle accident was reported on Edgell Road.

11:00 a.m.: An assault was reported at an apartment in Howard Apartments on Salem End Road.

4:26 p.m.: Maureen Lamarche, 48, of 19 Sutton St. in Northbridge, was arrested at and charged with drug possession.

10:54 p.m.: Police responded to a report of a disturbance at on Lincoln Street.

Sunday, July 22

1:28 a.m.: Police responded to a report of a family problem at Concord Street Automotive on Concord Street.

3:14 p.m.: A hit and run motor vehicle accident was reported at on Waverly Street.

6:50 p.m.: Police responded to a report of an inebriated person at Getsemani Petecos Church on Hollis Street.
