4:30 a.m. Police arrested at 43 South St. Joshua Montanez, 20, of 35 Winthrop St. #1 of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

6:45 p.m. Police arrested at MetroWest Medical center Shannon Ware, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with assault and assault on a public employee.

10:21 p.m. Police arrested at his residence Derek J. Guthro, 43, of 16 Oran Rd of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.
