12:20 a.m. Police arrested at 17 Weld St. Javier Rivera, 36, of 92 A St. of Framingham. Charged with malicious destruction of property over $250. 12:42 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 208 Irving St. 1 a.m. Police arrested at his resident Timothy P. Jones, 55, of 208 Irving St. of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.
1:39 a.m. Police arrested at 39 Normandy Rd Javier Rivera, 36, of 92 A St of Framingham. Charged with breaking and entering and drug posession. 4:17 a.m. Alarm at Framingham High, 115 A St. Framingham Police make an arrest. 4;30 a.m. Police arrested at Framingham High Edward Hipson, 20, of 563 North Craven St of Monmouth Oregon, Charged with disorderly conduct, breaking and entering at night/day of building/misdemeanor
4:30 a.m. Police arrested at Framingham High William R. Lynch, 20,of 16 Carter Dr.of Framingham. Charged with disorderly conduct and breaking and entering at night/day of building/misdemeanor.
6;58 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle broken into at 56 Claflin St.7:54 a.m Motor vehicle crash reported at Concord and Park streets. Both operators arguing, no injuries.7:55 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Tedeschi, 430 Waverly St. 8:48 a.m. Hit & run crash reported at Senior Center, 535 Union Ave. 10:22 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 334 Concord St. 12:21 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Dunkin Donuts, 692 Cochituate Rd. 12:56 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 500 Worcester Rd. Both vehicles towed.
1:49 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 266 Waverley St.
1:50 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Union and Concord streets.
2:16 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Dunkin Donuts, 444 Franklin St. Framingham Police advised.
3:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 575 Worcester rd, with no injuries.
3:40 p.m. Attempted breakin at 196 Grant St.
4;30 p.m. Police arrested at Shoppers World Jessica Wolford, 28, of 298 Pleasant St of Marlborough. Charged on a warrant.
4:30 p.m. Police arrested at Bob's Store Samantha Small, 27, of 298 Pleasant St. of Marlborough. Charged with shoplifting more than $100.
5:01 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 328 Worcester Rd.
