Sharon Man Charged with 4th OUI, 15 Crashes, Including One With A School Bus

Wednesday, Dec. 11: 7 arrests and 15 crashes

12:32 a.m. Breaking & entering reported at prime Energy, 655 Waverley St.

12:51 a.m. Suspicious person reported at Spectrum Health, 68 Franklin St. Framingham Police removed the individual.

12:51 a.m. Undesirable individual reported at MetroWest Medical Center, 115 Lincoln St. Framingham Police assisted.

1:11 a.m. Police arrested at 115 Lincoln St. Joseph J. Mancuso, 59, of east Foxboro St. of Sharon. Charged with his fourth offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a crash (crashed into a building), driving a motor vehicle without a license, failure to stay within marked lanes and negligent operation.

7 a.m. Police arrested at Concord Street Luis E Marrero, 29, of 10D Carlson Rd #10 of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license and red light/stop sign violation.

7:01 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Chapel Hill Apt,, 1500 Worcester rd. Ambulance dispatched, one transported.

7:14 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 30 and mass Pike. Verizon/NSTAR pole damaged. Ambulance dispatched. Driver refused transport.

7:43 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Framingham High School, 115 A St.

7:46 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 140 Danforth St involving a school bus - Mini 23.

8 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Ken's Steak House. Report of a vehicle flipped on it roof. Framingham Fire on scene. Tow truck requested.

8:21 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Clinton and Concord streets. Framingham Fire en route. 

10:33 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 430 Waverley and Route 126.

11:20 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 126 & 9. At Route 9 east bridge. Car on its side. Mass Highway, Mass State Police, Framingham Police and Framingham Fire on scene.

12:26 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 9 and Edgell Rd. car vs dump truck. Framingham Fire en route.

1:20 p.m. Fight reported at Concord and Howard streets.

1:28 p.m. Disturbed person reported at Lev Kia. Framingham Fire transported one.

1:48 p.m. Larceny reported at Framingham High School

3:07 p.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at Auto Max, 1199 Worcester Rd.

3:15 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Framingham State University, 100 State St.

3;16 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 9 William Heights  

3:45 p.m. Police arrested at Wilde Ave. Ralph W Pagan, 60, of 89 Bethany Rd #206 of Framingham. Charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws (heroin).

3:49 p.m. Undesirable individual reported at Dunkin Donuts, 334 waverely St. Framingham Police removed the individual.  

4:16 p.m. Police arrested at Wilde Ave. Eric Sanchez, 36, of 378 Hollis St. of Framingham. Charged with drug trafficking heroin/morphine.   

4:25 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 150 Franklin St.

4:25 p.m. Police arrested at his residence William James Ivett, 29, of 36 Clark St. of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery.  

4:30 p.m. Police arrested at 150 Franklin St. Frank P. Dihigo, 62, of 25 Hilton St. of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault & battery.

5:05 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 829 Concord st., with no injuries.  

5:52 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 188 Concord St, with no injuries.

7:23 p.m. Domestic assault reported at Framingham State University.

7:23 p.m. Police arrested at Framingham State University Ryan T Carrier, 24, of 99 South St. in Auburn. Charged with domestic assault and battery.

7:27 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 145 Cochituate Rd.   

8:38 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at High and State streets with no injuries.
