2:10 a.m. Police arrested at 35 Winthrop Streeet Jose J. Montanez, 43, of 98 Elm St of Framingham. Charged with domestic assault and battery, attempted murder, breaking and entering at night time, breaking and entering, unarmed assault and battery and assault and battery on a police officer. 

8:35 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle stolen at Pao Brasil Bakery, 596 Waverely St.

9:08 a.m. Breaking & entering reported at 70 Mellen St. 

9:58 a.m. Domestic assault reported at 3 Bacon St.

9:59 a.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy, 145 Concord st. Framingham Police assisted.
