Women Trapped In Vehicle, 12 Crashes, 5 Arrests and Police Called to Ken's Steak House

12:15 a.m. Framingham Police arrested a juvenile at 103 Winter St. in Norwood. Charged on a warrant.  

2:20 a.m. Police arrested at Walgreen on Route 9 Andre Rodrigues, 19, of 161 Highland Ave. of Fall River. Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug and driving a vehicle with defective equipment.  

9:29 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 589 Edmands Rd, no injuries.

11:58 a.m. 4-vehicle crash reported at Arthur and Concord streets. Framingham Fire enroute. Unknown injuries. Tow trucks requested.

noon: Police arrested at his apartment Moises Wellington, 20, of 93 Arlington St. Apt 2 of Framingham. Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug.

2:42 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Bishop and Clark streets, with no injuries.

2:52 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 100 Worcester rd, with no injuries.

3:21 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 653 Worcester Rd.

4:07 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Walgreen, Worcester Rd.

4:57 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 100 Worcester Rd. Unknown injuries.  

5:05 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 795 Water St, with no injuries.

5:45 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 228 Hollis St. One female with back pain. Framingham Fire en route.  

6:13 p.m. Motor vehicle investigation at 478 Waverley St.

6:30 p.m. Police arrested at 478 Waverley St. Reinaldo Rodriguez, 44, of 64 Hollis St. of Framingham. Charged with resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle after license revoked, stop sign/red light violation.

6:42 p.m. Medical assistance requested at Ken's Steak House. Framingham Fire transported one.

6:55 p.m. Shoplifter reported at CVS Pharmacy, 145 Concord St.

7:50 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1321 Worcester Rd. involving a snow plow.

8:38 p.m. Police make an arrest at NTI Shell station, 228 Waverely St.

8:38 p.m. Police arrested at the Shell station, Elliot Delgado, 21, of 622 hollis St. Apt 1 of Framingham. Charged on a warrant.

8:53 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Auto Zone, 208 Waverely Rd. Framingham Police removed an individual.

9:49 p.m.  Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell and Worcester roads, with no injuries.

10:18 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Hamilton and School streets. No injuries but woman trapped in vehicle. Framingham Fire responding. Tow truck needed for Wrangler.
