Armed Robbery, Pedestrian Struck, 3 Charged with Motor Vehicle Theft and 13 Crashes

Sunday, Dec. 21: 4 arrests and 13 crashes

12:08 a.m. Police arrested at 145 Concord St. Karanjit Chandowalia, 18, of 140 Union Ave. Apt 10 of Framingham. Charged with motor vehicle theft.

12:25 a.m. Police arrested at 145 Concord st. Edward J. Brown, 53, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension of license, subsequent offense and theft of motor vehicle.  

12:46 a.m. Police arrested at 145 Concord st. Jennifer Germain, 38, listed as homeless in Framingham. Charged with motor vehicle theft and possession of a class A drug and possession of a class B drug. 

10 a.m. Report of a motor vehicle crash at Concord St and Dennison Ave.

10:44 a.m. Motor vehicle investigation at Dudley Rd and Fountain St.

10:47 a.m. Larceny reported at Kohl's, Shoppers World.

10:57 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Motel 6, with possible injuries. Both vehicles towed.

11:30 a.m. Motor vehicle crash reported on Route 9 West at 531 Worcester rd. Driver refused ambulance.

12:42 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Mass Pike, mile marker 113, headed east. Report of car into jersey barrier. Massachusetts State Police and Framingham fire responding.                                                 

12:51 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Cochituate Rd and whittier St.

1:48 p.m. Suspicious activity reported at Payless Shoes, 400 Cochituate Rd. Framingham Police advised.

4:23 p.m. Hit & run crash reported at Seabra Supermarket, 208 Waverely St. 

5:13 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Route 30 and 126.

5:29 p.m. Medical assistance requested at TJ maxx at Shoppers World. Framingham Fire transported one.

6 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Edgell Rd and Route 9.

6:16 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Adesa, 63 Western Ave. No injury.

6:39 p.m. medical assistance requested at MBTA Train Station, 495 Waverely St. Framingham Fire transported one.

7 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Middlesex and walnut streets. Report of a car vs a pole. No injuries. Framingham Fire responded. Air bags deployed. car towed. Pole had no damage.

7:57 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 653 Worcester Rd.

8 p.m. Pedestrian struck at 322 Concord St.

8:19 p.m.  Domestic assault reported at 106 Spruce St.

8:27 p.m. Shoplifter reported at Walgreens, Route 135.

8:41 p.m. Armed robbery reported at Torrey St.  

8:55 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at 1701 Worcester Rd. Possible injuries. Framingham Fire dispatched. Debris in the roadway. Mass Highway notified.   

10:30 p.m. Motor vehicle crash reported at Audrea and Elda roads. No injuries.    

10:35 p.m. Police arrested at Elda Rd. Gregory Rattray, 30, of 7 Mary Agnes Rd of Framingham. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, red light violation and negligent operation of a vehicle.

11:12 p.m. Domestic assault reported at 12 Ledgewood Rd.
